Overview

In a dystopian future ravaged by environmental collapse, society has split into the affluent living in a high-tech underworld and the impoverished struggling on the surface. Jason Storm, a guard from the underworld, uncovers a sinister plan to eliminate the surface dwellers. Realizing he must act, he escapes to the surface, where he teams up with Sumai, a revered martial arts expert. Together, they embark on a mission to thwart the conspiracy and protect the vulnerable population, battling against the odds in a fight for survival and justice.
