Jake, a deranged redneck with a penchant for disturbing sermons, roams the highways in search of victims to abduct for his gruesome medical experiments. Once he harvests their organs, he sells them to the shady Mr. Stone on the black market. However, when he targets April, a determined woman with a disability, he encounters unexpected resistance. As April proves to be more challenging to manipulate than his previous victims, Jake's twisted plans begin to unravel, leading to a chilling confrontation that tests both their wills.
