Overview

In 1992, the Danish national football squad was called up for the European Championship at the very last minute. They had been on holiday, not even qualified, when a political conflict disqualified the original team. Improvising with little preparation and no expectations, the underdogs stunned the world. Through sheer grit, clever teamwork, and a few lucky breaks, they fought their way to the final and captured an improbable, glorious victory against all odds.
