Island of Doomed Men (1940)
An undercover agent finds himself unjustly sentenced for a crime he didn’t commit, leading to his parole on a secluded tropical island. Here, a ruthless foreign overlord exploits slave labor to mine diamonds. As he navigates the treacherous terrain of both the island and its oppressive ruler, the agent must plot his escape while confronting the brutal realities of the labor camp. Survival becomes a struggle against both the elements and the sadistic forces at play, forcing him to reclaim his freedom and seek justice for himself and fellow captives.
