Yan Jian, a dedicated young IT engineer from China, travels to North Africa to assist his company in a pivotal competition that would grant the victor control over communication networks between the North and South. However, French spy Michael, tasked with ensuring a Western victory, enlists a notorious mercenary, Lauder, and former general Kabbah to secure their interests in Africa's vast mineral wealth.
