Overview

When Chappy uncovers a drug trafficking operation operating out of his air base, he realizes that the lives of villagers in Peru hang in the balance. Determined to make a difference, he gathers a team of friends and prepares to take to the skies in vintage aircraft to rescue the innocent and dismantle the criminal enterprise threatening their community.
