Overview

Top actor Zheng Zhi (Shin) and actress Nina (Gillian Chung) find themselves entangled in a film about a love story between a poor man and a wealthy woman. Tensions arise on set as director Mandy (Li Xiaoran) relentlessly critiques Zheng Zhi's performance, revealing their complicated past as former lovers. The film’s narrative mirrors their own relationship. Meanwhile, Chuan Zi (Yu Shaoqun), an extra on set, hopes to rekindle his romance with Nina, whom he believes is his childhood sweetheart, despite her current affair with a wealthy and attractive boyfriend.
