Best of the Best 4: Without Warning (1998)
Russian mobsters have launched a counterfeit currency operation by stealing a vast amount of paper meant for U.S. bills. A change of heart from one mob member leads to tragedy when she tries to deliver a crucial data CD to the district attorney but is murdered, passing the disc to Tommy Lee in the process. Though serving as a martial arts instructor for law enforcement, Tommy chooses to go rogue instead of alerting the authorities. As the gang kidnaps his daughter, he must navigate a dangerous game to save her and retrieve the disc. Will he succeed?
