Spies Like Us (1985)
In "Spies Like Us," two inept government workers, unaware of their true role, believe they are engaging in espionage for the United States. Their excitement quickly turns to confusion when they realize they are actually being used as pawns in a scheme to distract from a looming nuclear threat.
