Carp-e Diem (2022)
Pregnant drifters Natasha and Vern stumble into a rural home seeking shelter, but their night takes a deadly turn when they accidentally kill the homeowners, Martha and Bob. Initially planning to rob the place, they discover a stash of cocaine that sparks a scheme to assume the couple's identities and run their drug operations. However, chaos ensues as the drug kingpin’s son arrives, a curious neighbor starts to piece things together, the DEA tightens its grip, and the real father of Natasha's baby comes looking for her, complicating their heist further.
