Overview

Kamla, a devoted psychiatrist in her 40s, faces societal pressure as an unmarried woman living with her aging father. Despite her aunt Ansaf's attempts to introduce suitors, Kamla finds love with Youssif, a charismatic writer advocating for love and women's rights. Meanwhile, she takes on a new patient, Asmaa, a struggling prostitute battling severe depression. As Kamla connects with Asmaa, she discovers shared experiences that blur professional boundaries.
