Season of the Witch

Overview

A 14th-century Crusader, alongside his loyal comrade, returns to a ravaged homeland plagued by the devastating effects of the Black Death. Tasked by the Church, the knights must escort a suspected witch to a secluded abbey. There, a group of monks intends to conduct a ritual aimed at eradicating the deadly disease. As they journey through a landscape filled with peril and uncertainty, the knights grapple with their beliefs, the nature of evil, and the burdens of their past in a desperate bid to restore hope to their suffering land.
