Punk Love (2006)

Amidst the dreary rain-soaked landscapes of Oregon and Washington, two heartbroken teens, Sarah and Spike, seek their own version of a Hollywood ending. At just 15, Sarah feels trapped in a cold, unloving household in her small paper mill town. Meeting Spike ignites hope for a brighter future, and their whirlwind romance spirals into a series of petty crimes to fund their drug addiction.
