Overview

Orphan Pip learns from lawyer Mr. Jaggers that an anonymous benefactor is funding his transformation into a gentleman. His journey leads him back to Miss Havisham, his eccentric childhood guardian, and the enchanting yet emotionally distant Estella, his first love. As he reconnects with them, Pip uncovers the tragic backstory of Miss Havisham, a woman driven to madness after being jilted at the altar.
