Firetrap (2001)

After serving three years, skilled thief Max Hopper is granted early release and quickly lands a high-stakes heist: stealing a cutting-edge computer chip from IQ Industries. However, his initial attempt falters when he infiltrates the building disguised as a police officer during an urgent board meeting, triggering a raging fire. Seizing the moment, Max attempts to salvage the situation, but as he works to save the remaining occupants—including the company's owner, his estranged wife, and several employees—he discovers that one of them may have ulterior motives, complicating his mission amidst chaos and danger.
