Harbinger Down

Overview

A group of graduate students embarks on the fishing trawler Harbinger to examine the impact of global warming on Orcas in the Bering Sea. Their research takes a terrifying turn when the crew uncovers thawed Soviet space debris containing mutated tardigrades, resilient organisms altered by radiation. As these creatures awaken, they pose a lethal threat to the crew, who quickly find themselves battling for survival against the aggressively evolving life forms. With decades of ice confinement behind them, the tardigrades aren't willing to let go of their newfound warmth—human hosts.
