Overview

Newlyweds Corie and Paul Bratter navigate the ups and downs of city life in their cramped sixth-floor Greenwich Village apartment. Corie, a lively free spirit, seeks to shake up her husband, an uptight lawyer, while also trying to find a companion for her lonely mother, Ethel. She arranges a double date with their quirky neighbor, Victor, but the evening spirals into chaos, leading to unexpected tensions.
