A group of friends plans a surprise birthday celebration for Amy at the city morgue. The night takes a horrifying turn when the lifeless body of the deranged killer Jacob Goodnight suddenly awakens. What starts as a fun gathering quickly devolves into a nightmarish struggle for survival as the friends confront the relentless threat of Goodnight.
