Overview

Joan Milna, portrayed by Vera Ralston, inherits vast timberland in Montana alongside her stepfather, John Alderson. Lumber tycoon Eric Warren, played by Ray Collins, has his sights set on acquiring her land and dispatches foreman Boyd Caldwell, portrayed by Rod Cameron, to convince her to sell. However, Caldwell's mission takes an unexpected turn as he develops feelings for Joan and pledges to defend her precious forest from Warren's destructive ambitions.
