Sheltered from society for far too long, the Turtle brothers, determined to fit in as ordinary teens, embark on a mission to win over New Yorkers with their bravery. With the help of their new ally, April O'Neil, they confront a shadowy crime syndicate. However, their quest quickly spirals out of control as they face a formidable army of mutants, testing their skills and camaraderie in ways they never anticipated.
