The Salt of Life (2011)

At sixty, Gianni is enjoying retirement but remains active and helpful, assisting everyone around him—whether it’s shopping for his wife or walking the attractive neighbor's dog. While the community appreciates Gianni, he starts to wonder if their affection is genuine. His wife benefits from his support since she still works, and he endures the demands of his wealthy mother. Though he’s adored by the ladies, he doesn’t attract them romantically anymore. When his confident lawyer friend Alfonso criticizes him for lacking young lovers, Gianni begins to question what aging really means and sets off to pursue new romantic interests.
