Assassination Classroom

Overview

A mysterious being obliterates 70% of the moon and threatens to annihilate Earth if not killed by next March. Demanding to teach the failed students of Kunugigaoka Junior High's 3rd grade E class, the creature, dubbed Teacher Koro, becomes their homeroom instructor. Despite the government's insistence that the students assassinate him for a 10 billion yen reward, the pupils, including Nagisa Shiota, find themselves unexpectedly enjoying Koro's unconventional teaching methods. As they grapple with their mission, the dynamics of their class begin to shift in surprising ways.
