The Year of Spectacular Men (2018)
After college, Izzy finds herself grappling with the harsh realities of adult life, including a lackluster dating scene and an irrational fear of top sheets, all while binge-watching X-Files. Her romantic escapades lead to five disappointing relationships with self-absorbed partners, leaving her feeling more lost than ever. Amidst her family’s own relationship woes, Izzy leans on her mother and sister for support.
