Overview

After a police inspector is discovered dead in a prostitute's home, Commissioner Stan Borowitz is assigned to unravel the mystery. Taking on the guise of the woman's long-lost brother, "Antonio Cerruti," he uncovers a tangled web of corruption that permeates the entire town. Stan's unconventional tactics raise eyebrows; for example, he makes a grand entrance in a sleek race car at a criminal's residence. In a bold move, he even blows up a casino owned by crime lord Musard, forcing him to strip and watch the explosion from a nearby phone booth. Amidst the chaos, Stan finds time to charm the beautiful Edmonde.
