Day of the Cobra (1980)
After an American narcotics agent is killed in Italy, the department chief recruits Larry Stanziani, known as 'The Cobra.' Once a skilled agent, Larry now works as a struggling private detective. Seizing the chance to settle a score with a long-standing adversary, he dives into the investigation.
