Jeff, a troubled youth, is sent by his father to a kenpo school to instill discipline. As he matures, his mentor Kim faces danger from a Korean mafia group. When Jeff learns that Kim has been murdered by a mysterious assassin, he is devastated. Fueled by grief and anger, he embarks on a quest for vengeance.
