Overview

In the gritty urban landscape of Gary, Indiana, the notorious Rebels gang exerts a reign of terror. When they retaliate against storekeeper Marvin Bookman for cooperating with law enforcement, they leave him gravely injured. His son, John, a former NFL star and the gang's creator, returns home determined to protect his father and reclaim the streets. With the support of loyal friends, John embarks on a mission to dismantle the Rebels and confront the violence that has plagued his community.
