Overview

A mad scientist's experiment goes awry when he successfully reanimates iconic monsters—Dracula, the Wolfman, the Mummy, and Frankenstein's Monster. However, instead of towering figures of terror, they emerge as pint-sized versions, standing just three feet tall.
