Overview

Billy, a wanderer residing at the train station, causes chaos wherever he goes. His antics disrupt the ticket booth, create mayhem at the snack bar, and intrude on the daily routines of various patrons. As he stirs up trouble, he unwittingly affects the lives of those around him, leading to unexpected connections and revelations.
