Overview

Following the loss of her job in a Catholic school, a transgender woman significantly influences the lives of two kids—one navigating the challenges of having two fathers facing relationship issues, and the other adjusting after moving from a conservative home. As the children develop a special friendship, they confront both fresh dilemmas and lingering biases that arise in their lives.
