Overview

In "Failure to Launch," 35-year-old Tripp appears to have it all—an exciting job, a slick car, a love for sailing, and a vibrant dating scene. However, he still resides with his discontented parents, Al and Sue. When friends share how they successfully encouraged their adult son to move out with the help of a professional, Al and Sue decide to take action. They enlist Paula, an "interventionist" with a proven strategy, hoping she can finally motivate Tripp to leave their home and embrace independence.
