Tomokawa, a lethargic police officer, fills his days with mockery towards his mentally challenged friend Sukemasa, aimless bike rides through the city, and affairs with married women. His mundane existence takes an unexpected turn upon meeting Yoko, a woman who captures his attention and challenges his carefree lifestyle.
