The Upside of Anger (2005)
In "The Upside of Anger," Terry Wolfmeyer faces life alone after her husband abandons her for his secretary, leaving her to care for their four daughters. As she navigates this challenging period, she forms a bond with her neighbor Denny, a retired baseball player, who becomes both a confidant and a drinking companion. As their friendship deepens and her daughters become attached to Denny, Terry begins to question the nature of their growing relationship and what it means for her family’s future.
