Overview

In Michoacán, Dr. Jose Mireles, affectionately dubbed "El Doctor," leads a courageous citizen uprising against the brutal Knights Templar drug cartel terrorizing his community. His efforts highlight the desperate struggle for justice and safety amid rampant violence. Simultaneously, Tim "Nailer" Foley, a veteran in Arizona's Altar Valley, commands Arizona Border Recon, a paramilitary unit dedicated to preventing the spillover of Mexico's drug wars into the United States. Together, these two men embody the fight against the drug trade, each confronting peril and moral dilemmas in their quest for peace.
