Overview

Qing Feng, the loyal lieutenant of gang leader Yong, faces turmoil when his former friend Xiong is released from prison after taking the fall for him three years prior. Xiong's newfound favor with Yong creates tension between the two men, testing their bond. Meanwhile, Michael, a U.S.-educated newcomer, returns to Taiwan to succeed his deceased father and employs cutthroat tactics to grow his gang's influence. With ambitions to seize a lucrative property development, Michael is determined to take down Yong and assert his dominance in the criminal underworld.
