Fifteen-year-old Arthur is infatuated with Ouassima, but she hardly notices him. While he has always been laid-back, she starts dating the popular Matt. Desperate to win her attention, Arthur recruits a group of socially awkward friends and offers them fishing lessons for ten euros each.
