Leeches! (2003)
At Lakecrest College, the swim team unwinds in the campus lake, unaware of the lurking danger beneath. After indulging in steroids, their blood triggers a bizarre evolution in the leeches residing below. These once harmless creatures rapidly enlarge and develop a taste for human flesh, targeting the unsuspecting student body. As the aquatic horrors emerge, chaos ensues, and the campus is plunged into a fight for survival against these grotesque, bloodthirsty predators. What began as a carefree day turns into a terrifying battle against a monstrous menace.
