Overview

Waikiki Brothers follows a struggling band that can't seem to find its footing. Following a disheartening performance, the saxophonist decides to leave, forcing the remaining trio to press on. They eventually arrive in the lead singer's hometown, once a vibrant hot spring destination in the '80s. However, their return is overshadowed by the weight of unfulfilled dreams, heartache, joblessness, and lingering tragedies. As they navigate these emotional landscapes, the band's journey reflects a poignant blend of nostalgia and the harsh realities of their lives.
