Overview

Badly injured and traumatized, Jannicke finds herself in a local hospital after escaping a horrifying ordeal in the Jotunheimen mountains, where her friends were brutally killed. As she regains consciousness, a chilling silence envelops the facility, revealing its eerie emptiness.
