In "Soul Man," a wealthy white student, facing financial barriers from his family for law school, resorts to taking tanning pills to darken his skin. His goal is to secure an African-American scholarship at Harvard. As he navigates this new identity, he encounters unexpected challenges and insights, ultimately discovering the realities of being Black in America.
