Floating high above, the Rakuga Kingdom relies on doodles for energy, but its resources are dwindling and disaster looms. In a desperate bid to generate more drawings, the kingdom's army targets Kasukabe. Enter Nohara Shinnosuke, a carefree five-year-old chosen as the wielder of the legendary “Miracle Crayon.” Alongside his quirky, animated allies, the “Almost Four Heroes” band together to reclaim their home.
