Texas Detour (1978)
Three California teens on a carefree road trip find themselves in a precarious situation when their van is stolen. Stranded in a remote, backwoods town, they encounter a sheriff who is less than willing to assist them. Frustrated and determined, the trio resolves to take control of their predicament, devising a plan to reclaim what’s theirs. As they navigate the challenges of their unexpected detour, they discover not only the resilience of their friendship but also the darker side of the small town they’ve found themselves in.
