Overview

American Marine Jason Johnson, portrayed by Mark-Paul Gosselaar, embarks on a mission in Bahrain, where he unexpectedly falls for the enchanting Meriam, played by Lacey Chabert. Unbeknownst to him, she belongs to the royal family and is trapped in a looming arranged marriage. Their love is fraught with peril due to their differing faiths—he's a Mormon Christian, while she practices Islam. As they confront familial disapproval, the couple races against time to escape Bahrain for the U.S., where their love can flourish—if Meriam is returned home, her safety will hang in the balance.
