Overview

Set in the early 1800s, a shadowy chapter unfolds as Samuel Mason, once a celebrated Revolutionary War hero, descends into a life of crime. Alongside him, the infamous Harpe brothers—Big Harpe and Little Harpe—emerge as America's first serial killers, leaving a trail of terror across the Southeast. Their paths inevitably converge on the treacherous wilderness road, where danger and lawlessness reign. As these notorious figures collide, the struggle for survival and power intensifies, revealing the dark underbelly of a nation in its infancy.
