Overview

This documentary begins in the aftermath of a tragic event that has left nearly 500 teenagers in mourning for the loss of 69 friends who were killed. The question looms: how can this island ever regain its sense of safety? We explore how Utøya transformed from a sanctuary into a site of horror, and ultimately, how it has been rebuilt to symbolize hope for both the survivors and the entire Norwegian community.
