Overview

In "Tropic Thunder," a crew of egotistical actors embarks on a quest to create the priciest war film in history. However, when the budget spirals out of control, the studio pulls the plug on the project. Undeterred, the determined director takes his cast deep into the Southeast Asian jungle to continue filming. There, they unexpectedly face genuine adversaries, turning their comedic endeavor into a dangerous reality. As the line between fiction and reality blurs, the actors must summon their courage and skills to survive the chaos that ensues.
