Gidget (1959)
After a chance encounter with surfer Moondoggie while swimming, Francis becomes captivated by the surfing lifestyle. Eager to fit in, she joins his group, initially facing playful teasing. As they teach her to surf, she earns the affectionate nickname "Gidget" and gradually integrates into their world.
