Harvest of Fire (1996)

When three barns mysteriously burn down in a tight-knit Amish town, FBI agent Sally Russwell arrives to probe what may be a hate crime. However, she quickly realizes that the locals harbor deep mistrust for outsiders, whom they refer to as "The English." Amidst this tension, she forms a bond with Annie Beiler, a resourceful widow intrigued by Sally's presence.
