Overview

Following a devastating loss, Sarah embarks on a caving trip with her friends in the Appalachian Mountains. Their expedition quickly spirals into chaos when a sudden rockfall entombs them deep within the cave system. As they frantically seek an escape, the group realizes they are not alone; sinister, cave-dwelling creatures stalk them in the shadows.
