Overview

Dr. Rachel Larkin, a mayoral candidate, devises a radical approach to law enforcement by enlisting a group of ex-convicts known as the Peacemakers to enforce her vision of justice. However, chaos ensues when one of her enforcers kills a boxer who is close to an undercover cop. Driven by vengeance, the rogue officer infiltrates Larkin's operation, aiming to gather evidence against her and dismantle the dangerous network she has created. As he navigates the murky depths of her regime, the stakes rise in a battle for truth and redemption.
